Important Terms and Conditions for Long-Term Rental / Annual Car Rental
- If the vehicle is not returned by the specified time, late fees apply at 535-1,070 Baht per hour. If the return is delayed by 5 hours or more, it will be charged as 1 full day.
- For vehicle rental extension (adding days beyond those specified in the contract), please notify at least 6 hours in advance and pay the rental fee immediately.
- Fuel: Receive vehicle with full fuel tank, return with full fuel tank. If the vehicle is returned without refueling, the company will charge a service fee of 321 Baht plus the actual fuel cost.
- Vehicle Insurance: The vehicle includes basic Class 1 insurance. Loss of use is not covered. If you purchase special SCDW insurance, in case of damage, the security deposit is refunded normally. Special SCDW insurance starts at 10,700-21,400 Baht per month and is an optional add-on.
- Smoking in the vehicle: Fine of 3,210 Baht
- Bringing pets into the vehicle: Fine of 1,070 Baht
- Leaving keys inside the vehicle: Fine of 3,210 Baht plus employee travel charges based on distance
- Lost keys: Initial fine of 10,700 Baht
- Request for replacement vehicle during rental period: Replacement vehicle fee is 3,210 Baht per instance, subject to company discretion

Yes, you can return the car at a different branch. A cross-branch return fee applies based on distance, and the system calculates it automatically during online booking.
Every car includes Basic Protection. In the event of a collision or accident, the renter is responsible for the deductible/excess. To reduce this risk, renters can purchase additional coverage — either SCDW or Full Protection.
The rental deposit can be paid in two ways:
- Bank transfer deposit — after the car is returned, we transfer the deposit back to your account within 24 hours.
- Credit card pre-authorization (hold) — after the car is returned, we release the hold; funds typically appear back on your card within 15–30 days.
MIDO offers delivery of your rental car to your home or hotel. Delivery fees are as follows:
- Delivery within Bangkok and Nonthaburi — 1,070 THB for delivery and pickup
- Delivery within Pathum Thani — 1,284 THB for delivery and pickup
- Delivery within Samut Prakan — 1,498 THB for delivery and pickup

Long-term car rental or annual car rental is a contract to rent a vehicle for a period of 1-5 years or longer, which is mostly self-drive car rental by companies or legal entities that want to use the vehicle for business operations or organizational tasks on a continuous basis. The car rental service company will handle every step on behalf of the renter, from selecting the appropriate vehicle, purchasing new vehicles, regular maintenance, handling insurance and vehicle registration, providing replacement vehicles in case of emergency, and managing the vehicle when selling it after the contract ends. This is an option that many organizations prefer today because it helps reduce costs, reduces the burden of vehicle maintenance themselves, and still receives professional service from a team ready to care throughout the contract period.

Rental payment installments
The renter will pay the rental fee divided into 12 monthly installments throughout the contract period. The first installment must be paid together with the deposit before the vehicle delivery date, in accordance with the terms specified in the rental agreement.
Payment due date for each installment
Payment of subsequent installments must be made on the same date of each month, based on the date of payment of the first installment, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the lessor and the renter.
Payment method
The renter must pay the rental fee for every installment by transferring money to a bank account in the name of Exclusive Car Rental Co., Ltd., according to the account details provided by the company.
Payment reminder before due date
For convenience in making payments, the company will send an Invoice to the renter at least 5-7 days before the due date for each installment.
