Renter Obligations
- Keep the vehicle in good condition throughout the rental period
- Do not allow anyone not listed on the agreement to drive the vehicle
- Notify the company immediately in the event of an accident, breakdown, or theft
- Be responsible for traffic fines and toll fees incurred during the rental
Prohibited Use
- Using the vehicle for racing, performance testing, or driving instruction
- Subletting the vehicle or using it for unauthorized commercial transport
- Taking the vehicle outside the country without prior written consent
- Towing or carrying loads beyond the vehicle’s rated capacity
Security Deposit
A security deposit as stated on the agreement is required before pickup. It is refunded in full after the vehicle is inspected and no outstanding charges remain, within 7 business days of the return.
Liability for Damage
The renter is liable for the deductible under the selected insurance plan (see the Insurance page for details). If damage results from a breach of this agreement’s usage terms, the renter is liable for the full cost with no insurance coverage.
Termination
The company reserves the right to terminate this agreement and reclaim the vehicle immediately if the renter breaches the prohibited-use terms or provided false information when signing.
