How to delete your data
You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data we hold at any time, including anything we received when you signed in with Facebook or Google.
Delete it yourself
- 1Sign in with the account you want to delete
- 2Go to My account, then Settings
- 3Scroll to "Delete account", press "Delete my account" and confirm
Ask us to delete it
If you can no longer sign in, or you booked as a guest without an account, send us a request using the details below and include the email or phone number you booked with.

We verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving the request.
What gets deleted
- • Your name, email, phone number, address, profile photo, linked social accounts and sign-in history
- • Rental agreements and receipts that accounting and tax law require us to keep are retained for the legally required period, then deleted
