Important terms for luxury car rental you should know
- Minimum rental period 1 day (24 hours). Late return charged at 214–1,070 baht per hour
- Fuel: Receive full tank, return full tank — if not full, service fee 321 baht plus actual fuel cost
- Electric Vehicle EV: Return battery at least 85%. If below, service fee 535 baht plus actual charging cost
- Contract extension: Notify 1 day in advance. Payment due before contract expiration
- Payment: Bank transfer only. Cash not accepted
- Basic insurance: Class 3 included in rental rate — can add SCDW or Full Protection
- Deposit refund: Within 24 hours after vehicle return (for transfers) / 15–30 days (for credit card)
- No smoking in vehicle: 3,210 baht fine
- No animals in vehicle: 1,070 baht fine
- Vehicle must not be taken outside the country
