2. Choose the right car for you
A variety of well-maintained vehicles. All cars are clean, new, and ready to use. You can clearly compare prices and details of each model to ensure you get the vehicle that is "most value for money and meets your needs."
3. Book your car and confirm your rental
Book easily online or through our staff. Once booking is confirmed, MIDO will prepare the vehicle for immediate use, with timely vehicle delivery or delivery to the location you need for maximum convenience.

Important conditions for daily and monthly affordable car rental you should know before booking
- Minimum rental period: 1 day (24 hours). Late return fee: 214–1,070 baht per hour
- Fuel: Receive full tank, return full tank — if not full, service charge is 321 baht plus actual fuel cost
- Electric vehicles (EV): Return battery at least 85% charged. If below, service charge is 535 baht plus actual electricity cost
- Contract extension: Notify 1 day in advance, payment due before contract expires
- Payment: Bank transfer only, cash not accepted
- Basic insurance: Class 3 coverage included in rental price — SCDW or Full Protection available for additional purchase
- Deposit refund: Within 24 hours of vehicle return (bank transfer) / 15–30 days (credit card)
- No smoking in vehicle: Penalty 3,210 baht
- No pets in vehicle: Penalty 1,070 baht
- Prohibited: Taking vehicle outside the country

Yes, you can return the car at a different branch. A cross-branch return fee applies based on distance, and the system calculates it automatically during online booking.
Every car includes Basic Protection. In the event of a collision or accident, the renter is responsible for the deductible/excess. To reduce this risk, renters can purchase additional coverage — either SCDW or Full Protection.
The rental deposit can be paid in two ways:
- Bank transfer deposit — after the car is returned, we transfer the deposit back to your account within 24 hours.
- Credit card pre-authorization (hold) — after the car is returned, we release the hold; funds typically appear back on your card within 15–30 days.
MIDO offers delivery of your rental car to your home or hotel. Delivery fees are as follows:
- Delivery within Bangkok and Nonthaburi — 1,070 THB for delivery and pickup
- Delivery within Pathum Thani — 1,284 THB for delivery and pickup
- Delivery within Samut Prakan — 1,498 THB for delivery and pickup
