2. Choose the right car for you
A variety of car models that receive regular care. All cars are clean, new, and ready to use. You can compare the prices and details of each car model clearly to ensure you get a car that is "affordable and meets your needs" the most
3. Book and confirm your rental
Book easily through our online channels or through our staff. Once your reservation is confirmed, MIDO will prepare the car for immediate use, with on-time vehicle delivery or delivery to your desired location for maximum convenience

Important Car Rental Terms and Conditions to Know Before Booking
- Minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours). Late returns are charged 214–1,070 baht per hour
- Fuel: Receive full tank, return full tank — if not full, a service charge of 321 baht plus actual fuel cost applies
- Electric vehicle (EV): Return with at least 85% battery charge. If not, a service charge of 535 baht plus actual electricity cost applies
- Contract extension: Notify 1 day in advance and pay before contract expiration
- Payment: Bank transfer only, no cash payments accepted
- Basic insurance: Third-party coverage included in rental fee — SCDW or Full Protection coverage available for additional cost
- Deposit refund: Within 24 hours after car return (for bank transfers) / 15–30 days (for credit card charges)
- No smoking in the car: Fine 3,210 baht
- No pets allowed in the car: Fine 1,070 baht
- Vehicles must not be taken outside the country

Yes, you can return the car at a different branch. A cross-branch return fee applies based on distance, and the system calculates it automatically during online booking.
Every car includes Basic Protection. In the event of a collision or accident, the renter is responsible for the deductible/excess. To reduce this risk, renters can purchase additional coverage — either SCDW or Full Protection.
The rental deposit can be paid in two ways:
- Bank transfer deposit — after the car is returned, we transfer the deposit back to your account within 24 hours.
- Credit card pre-authorization (hold) — after the car is returned, we release the hold; funds typically appear back on your card within 15–30 days.
MIDO offers delivery of your rental car to your home or hotel. Delivery fees are as follows:
- Delivery within Bangkok and Nonthaburi — 1,070 THB for delivery and pickup
- Delivery within Pathum Thani — 1,284 THB for delivery and pickup
- Delivery within Samut Prakan — 1,498 THB for delivery and pickup
