How Renting Works

• Choose a car and your rental dates on the website
• Fill in driver details and select any add-on services
• Pay the deposit or full amount per the selected terms
• Pick up the car at the branch on schedule and inspect it together with staff

Required Documents

Thai Customers

• Original Thai national ID card
• Original driving license (private car category), held for at least 1 year

Foreign Customers

• Original passport
• International Driving Permit or a Thailand-issued driving license

Driver Age Requirement

Renters must be at least 21 years old. Renters under 25 may incur a young-driver surcharge as shown in the pricing at checkout.

Pickup & Return

Please arrive at the pickup point on time. If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice, the booking may be cancelled. Late returns incur an hourly late fee per the rental agreement.

Fuel & Mileage Policy

Cars are provided with a full tank and must be returned full; a refueling service fee applies otherwise. Mileage is unlimited unless otherwise stated for a specific car model.
